I was also very happy with the service I received when I checked in with Heather. She took the time to show me a bunch of different jewelry and talk me through questions I had about what would work with my new piercing. She even went out of her way to write down different places to browse for jewelry that they could order for me. They had a wide array of jewelry in every price range and it was an overall great experience at a wonderful small business! I looking forward to more piercings in the future with Metro

I had a great experience here! The staff was very friendly, informative, and they made the whole process easy. The shop was very clean and you get your piercing done in a privet room. I got a septum piercing, Sarah did a fantastic job and talked me through the whole thing. They give out great care instructions and email you a copy as well. They have all the jewelry and aftercare supplies you'd need. I'll definitely come back! It's a good idea to make an appointment and plan ahead as they stay booked and busy here.
